What kind of organisation is Rosterit best for?
It works for businesses large and small, but it works best for hourly workforces with complex scheduling needs: varying or rotating shifts, multiple job roles and locations. Seasonal workforces work well too, since Rosterit scales or shrinks easily as your company changes.
Does Rosterit integrate with my payroll?
Yes. Approved timesheets export in the file your provider imports: iPayroll, Smartly, Crystal Payroll, Ace Payroll, MYOB and MYOB IMS. Xero also connects for sales forecasting. Not on the list? Email support@rosterit.co.nz.
Can staff use it on their phones?
Yes. Employees view their schedule, accept offers, pick up shifts, clock in and review timesheets from the mobile web app, which installs to the home screen like any other app. Managers can see who is clocked in, check the roster and approve on the go.
How many employees can I schedule?
There is no limit on how many employees you invite and schedule. Cost is based on the number of users, and if you grow past your plan we will let you know and give you the option to upgrade.
Is there a cost for training?
Basic support around initial set-up and troubleshooting is included. Training beyond that, for additional staff or new personnel, is charged hourly. It is recommended but never compulsory.
